Gabby gave me excellent customer service on the phone before my visit and explained their services in great detail. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Once I arrived to my appointment, I was given the same level of service. Desiree, the technician, is very professional and explained to me what would be done every step of the way. She was very patient with me, as I am a bit "picky", and she made sure I was satisfied with the results. I never knew this procedure existed and it is life changing. Great staff. Very professional. I just finished my session and it was a great experience. Everything was explain ed in detail. Gave my expectations and was very pleased that they listened.
